In our fifth show, the CHAOS team and our special guest, Robert Holler, President and CEO of VersionOne, a leader in Agile life-cycle management tools and services discuss Collaboration. Collaborating is the act of jointly working together cooperatively to reach the project’s business objectives. In an application development project, users, sponsors, and technical people can collaborate on a number of issues, such as requirements, quality, costs, and schedules.
